Tax Statements

The property owner’s name and address which appears on your tax statement is in accordance with the latest information and advice which has been made available to the Municipality. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE MUNICIPAL OFFICE BE ADVISED PROMPTLY OF ANY CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP OR MAILING ADDRESS IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT THE TAX BILL IS PROPERLY FORWARDED. It should be noted for future reference that failure to receive a bill does not excuse an owner from liability for any late payment penalty.

Tax arrears and penalties must be paid in full before payment can be applied to current taxes.

Properties in arrears for taxes for more than one year may be sold for taxes.

Change of Information

Address changes can be made directly through the Municipal office. Any changes to ownership or names must be made through the Winnipeg Land Titles Office at 945-2042.
